Clients wishing to cancel or request a refund must provide written notice before the project reaches its designated milestone or completion stage. Refunds, where applicable, will be reviewed and issued minus any non-recoverable third-party fees. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and clients are responsible for any associated transfer fees.
